Privacy policy
Effective October 15, 2026. The short version: the numbers you enter never leave your browser, and we do not collect your name, email or financial information. Advertising partners use cookies, which you can control.
What we do not collect
IRMAA Cliff has no user accounts, sign-up forms, comment sections or newsletter. The calculators and the appeal checklist run entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. The income, filing status and answers you enter are not sent to our servers, not stored in cookies or local storage, and not shared with anyone. When you close or reload the page, they are gone.
Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working and are kept for a limited time. We do not use them to identify you.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites, to limit how often you see an ad and to measure ad performance. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.

U.S. state privacy rights

Because we do not collect identifying information ourselves, these rights mainly concern advertising cookies. Where required, a message from Google lets you opt out of the use of your information for personalized ads; you can also use the browser-based opt-outs above or a Global Privacy Control signal where supported.

Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and we do not add you to any list. Please do not send Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers or tax documents.
